An award-winning cinematographer in search of good stories.

 

Whether it's traversing the deserts of Central Asia, or trekking through the jungles of Borneo, Chin Hor's experience as a cinematographer since 2003 has equipped him with an arsenal of skills that would help you tell your story, the way it deserves to be told.

 

His innate sense of timing, his creative flair, and his technical know-how has made him one of the most sought-after cinematographers in Malaysia, and South-East Asia.Having travelled all over the globe, often working in challenging and unfamiliar situations, Chin Hor has quickly developed a reputation as an asset on every shoot - resourceful, quick-thinking, and reliable - but perhaps what truly sets him apart is the sheer commitment to his craft, and at the core, simply, a man with plenty of heart.

 

Be it documentaries, films or corporate videos, Chin Hor has the versatility and attitude of a true professional, one who finishes what he starts, and likes to see the job done well.

 

It is this passion that has seen his works aired over all the major international networks - National Geographic Channel, BBC, Discovery Channel, Channel News Asia, Nat Geo Wild, and the History Channel, to name a few. 

 

He is also a full member of the Australian Cinematographers Society (ACS), Malaysia Society of Cinematographers (MySC), and The Malaysian Documentary Association (MyDocs).
